• Ecommerce infrastructure
• Marketplace operations
• Logistics and fulfillment
• Cross-border shipping
• Localized payment solutions
• Customer support services
• Marketing and growth services

ZED Global operates as a service provider and technology platform connecting brands with international commerce opportunities.

You may use the Platform only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to represent a business or organization where applicable
• Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Certain features of the Platform may require account registration.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify ZED Global immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities
• Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without permission

If you use ZED Global as a merchant, seller, or brand partner, you are solely responsible for:

• Product legality and compliance
• Product quality and accuracy
• Product listings and descriptions
• Pricing and taxes where applicable
• Compliance with import/export regulations
• Intellectual property rights related to your products
• Customer obligations required by applicable law

ZED Global reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove products, listings, or merchants that violate laws, regulations, or Platform policies.

Certain services provided by ZED Global may require payment of fees.

You agree that:

• Applicable fees may be displayed separately in agreements, proposals, or invoices
• Payments must be made according to agreed terms
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

ZED Global may use third-party payment providers and processors.

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, software, designs, text, graphics, and technology associated with ZED Global are owned by or licensed to ZED Global and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce Platform content
• Reverse engineer Platform technology
• Use ZED Global branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Platform

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including:

• Payment providers
• Logistics companies
• Marketplace platforms
• Marketing tools
• External websites

ZED Global does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

ZED Global may:

• Modify features
• Update systems
• Perform maintenance
• Suspend services temporarily
• Discontinue portions of the Platform

without prior notice.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using ZED Global, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZED GLOBAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

ZED Global does not guarantee business results, sales performance, or uninterrupted platform functionality.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZED GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Operational interruption
• Consequential or incidental damages

arising from:

• Use of the Platform
• Inability to use the Platform
• Third-party services
• Cross-border operations
• Delays, customs issues, or logistics disruptions

In all cases, ZED Global's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ZED Global during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZED Global and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your products or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

ZED Global may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activities create legal or operational risk
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ends immediately
• Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing ZED Global's operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by ZED Global.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
